Artificial intelligence deals with automation processes relating to the connection between learning and intelligent behavior. Such automatisms are now being used in more and more forms, including in the software products we sell. AI components have now also been integrated into eGECKO's invoice receipt management system.

Automating standard processes is one of our main goals when setting up software products. While Sage Human Resources offers approaches via the Process Designer, the eGECKO ERP system offers a wide range of variants via triggers, tasks or alternatively controlled workflows.

With the integrated and AI-controlled document capture, in addition to the classic data capture of incoming invoices, it is now also possible to generate training data to support future processing. The aim is to continuously increase the automatic recognition rate so that invoices that are not delivered in ZUGFeRD or xRechnungen format can also be recognized and processed in all forms.

In addition to validating master data, eGECKO can also read order or job numbers.

Integration into the existing software landscape is possible with a manageable amount of effort.
