The eGECKO software offers a basic configuration, which can then be individually expanded and refined in a wide variety of ways. The solution can be used stand-alone or as part of the eGECKO complete system.

By linking with the accounting system, the integrated archiving system or the contract management, the fully integrated solution without separate interfaces offers further advantages. Documents are thus available across the board without media discontinuity, for example. Likewise, further tasks or even documents can be created from the information. However, the integration of external systems is also possible, for example, via web services or other interfaces.

The complete processes in the areas of purchasing and sales can be mapped in the software and individually configured and automated (e.g. offer, invoice, order, delivery bill per click). The software structure enables users to work efficiently at the cutting edge of technology. For example, the system works with validities. Changes in tax keys can thus be carried out without much effort. Furthermore, the dispatch of ZUGFeRD or XInvoices is implemented in the program.
