At the current time, we are receiving an increasing number of inquiries regarding the eAssistant of the Diamant software. For customers with Office 365, automatic processing of invoices is no longer possible. Various error messages appear. We will gladly help you to solve this problem.

The background is the deactivation of basic authentication in some protocols from October 2022. Affected by this is the IMAP protocol in Exchange 365, which is relevant for receiving and processing emails in the eAssistant Invoice Receipt.

Fixing the issue is possible in Diamant/3 version 4.2.06-19 and higher. Parallel to the update a configuration in the Azure Portal is necessary. Since the setup there is not quite easy, we are pleased to provide support to fix the problem in a timely manner.
