Reporting

Reports in eGECKO mean the freedom to access a variety of templates for all common topics related to the software features used in the complete system. Alternatively, there is also the freedom to act completely individually in the program. In this way, reports can be efficiently created for all modules in one designer. It is possible to adapt standard reports or to create completely new ones. Import, export and synchronization options exist in parallel.

Data access is possible down to the field level. Other parameters, such as the use of formulas for data calculation or the use of SQL expressions complete the configuration variants. The reports can then be made available as desired via the menu or toolbar, the context menu, in additional tabs or buttons in the respective application.

User roles for using the reports can be defined via an authorization concept. Separation between different companies is also possible.

In addition to manual retrieval, there are of course numerous variants for automation in the area of creation as well as distribution of the finished reports.
